The room was reasonably sized on the north-side higher floors included. The location was magnificent and incredible, near an underground station. The staff was amazingly nice & consistently courteous.

Reasonably priced place, had an excellent stay on this visit. The staff was affable and incredibly nice, everything was excellent. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with a nice view.

Fairly clean place with amazingly great staff members and city views. Incredible location just off spring street station as well as multiple train stations. Besides, easy to get to Canal Street, only 5 minutes walk.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient with easy access to the Holland Tunnel. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and an amazing view. I was able to get work done at the spacious desk and the bathroom was top-notch. The hotel is also close to the Canal Street station, great restaurants, and a grocery store. The complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day, free cookies at reception, and happy hour at the bar were mind-blowing. I loved having HBO in the room, and the Neutrogena products provided were absolutely great. The breakfast, although I missed it, looked fantastic and having it included is a rare gem. The service at the restaurant was excellent, despite it being full. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel for its amazing amenities and unbeatable price.

I was offered a room with awesome views of Manhattan skyline. It was neat and included climate control and a chair. Incredible central location just next door to two train lines and nice neighborhoods, restaurants, bars and A, C, E and 1 subway lines and the shopping area of soho.

Courteous staff, immaculate room, in general I loved this luxurious hotel. I had reasonably priced room for curious kids. The service was all in all friendly. Plus, I was able to park the car nearby. The property had an ideal location so close to an art museum. Took a walk around city center, located not too far from the hotel.
